“Whats the price?”
Pricing depends on your specific goals and the duration of our work together. Please fill out the application form and together we’ll find the setup that works best for your budget.
“How long is the program?”
There is a minimum commitment of 3 months and support is ongoing, however, our work together can last as long as you like.
“Will I speak with Josh prior to signing up?”
Of course! After filling out the application we will schedule a strategy call and discuss your goals, the program and how everything works.
“Do I need a gym membership?”
Though it is recommended, no gym memebrship is necessary. The program will be tailored to what you have available.
“How will you correct my form?”
Through my app you will be able to record and upload videos of your form for my review. We also will use facetime, zoom and/or strategy calls to dial in form and correct any concerns.
“Can you cater to my dietary preferences?”
Programming is always designed to work with your specific dietary preferences.
“Can I join from anywhere?”
Sure can! Join from anywhere that you have access to your smart phone.
